August 9, 2012 will be the 3rd annual Jasper Johnson Memorial Golf Outing to benefit The Children's Heart Foundation, and to honor our son, Jasper, who passed away at 15 months due to his heart defect. Thus far we have raise $20,000 towards congenital heart defect research!
Please join us in our efforts to raise funding for this underfunded disease. In the last decade death rates for congenital heart defects have declined by almost 30% due to advances made through research.
We need to understand what causes CHDs and to prevent them.
We need to detect and diagnose CHDs as early as possible.
We thank you for your support in helping to fund the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of CHD's, and for helping us to honor our son Jasper with this wonderful day. All proceeds from the event will benefit The Children's Heart Foundation, which funds the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of congenital heart defects.
